Reading Schedule for Huckleberry Finn

Please, note: I have places in the reading schedule where the dates skip forward, so don’t assume that the next chunk of reading falls on the next class date.

Since so much of the vocabulary in The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn is related to Southern dialect, we will be focusing on mini-grammar lessons instead. Expect to master the following by the end of this unit:

Ø Comma Splices (and how to fix them)

Ø Parallel Structure
