What will I do:
Participate in ALL functions in class
Audition for a role(s) in the show
Participate in selecting scenes and songs for the show
Participate in casting the show
Perform in and help with the run of the show
In accordance with LOHS policies, grades are compiled from daily work, Attendance, and performance.

promptness
are REQUIRED in daily participation. You may have up to 3 excused |
|
absences
with out losing points. After 3 all absences will be treated as unexcused |
|
and
you will receive no daily points for that day.

Musical
theatre important dates:
Deadlines:
All
songs and scenes must be selected and approved by October 12.
All
Music, scripts, etc. copied and in student folders by Nov. 2.
All
props, costumes, sets, and publicity finished and ready by December 7.
All
songs and scenes and dances off book by December 9.
All
publicity printed and displayed by December 13.
After school
and weekend rehearsals:
There
will be 14 rehearsals held outside of class time. They will be after school from
3:00 to 5:30.

Dates and Times:
We will perform three shows here are
the dates and times:
Opening night Thurs. Jan. 19 at 7:00 pm
Closing
night Sat. Jan. 22 at 7:00 pm
Please schedule these dates and times on to your
calendars and make sure parents are aware of these responsibilities.
We
will strike the set and clean out the dressing rooms after the show.
