Music Rehearsal Schedule for GREASE! (Update 9/26/11)
Where noted, company members may be called individually, in small groups or as a whole. For clarity:“Leads” is any person with a solo, duet or group number including, Jan, Marty, Rizzo, Doody, Roger, Kenickie, Sonny, Frenchy, Sandy, Danny, Vince Fontaine, Johnny Casino, Teen Angel and each role’s understudy when available.
“The Company” is defined as all leads and all chorus members. Many chorus members will be assigned to sing in numbers that specifies back-up harmony by “boys” or “girls.”
Your ongoing assignment is to always look at your music the night before rehearsal if you are involved in a number that will be rehearsed. Do not come to rehearsal under prepared. For leads, rehearsals are used to polish your music, not to teach it to you.
Call for rehearsals is always 3:00, unless otherwise noted. Dismal is at 5:30 unless noted.
