The magazine

What is Reflections anyway?

Reflections is the literary and graphic arts magazine of Lake Oswego High School.  The magazine is a collection of poems, stories, essays, musings, photographs, paintings, doodles, and any other creative endeavor under the sun.  The magazine is entirely constructed by the students of LOHS, with the exception of the printing.  For many years now the National Council of Teachers of English has recognized Reflections as one of the top student literary magazines in Oregon, and in 2002 Reflections was named one of the premiere student magazines in the country.

We can't exist without your poems, stories, essays, and other creative endeavors.  So, take the risk, and create something for us today.

What you need to know

We need your work!

We need to hear from everyone.  Of course there are those out there that love to write, and turn their material over to others to read.  The problem is that there are so many amazing artists and writers that for one reason or another never show anyone their talent.  Reflections can only be great if we hear from you, from all corners of this high school, not just from the people you expect to hear.  We need more voices!
